This weekend, Rachel and Kent celebrated their wedding to begin their married life together! I was so excited for their day, even though we have never actually met in person. Rachel is an amazing bride who lives in Texas, and I worked with both her and her mom "long distance" for the last six months to create a beautiful bespoke letterpress wedding collection. I love how it all turned out and am stoked to share all of the lovely details with you today.
Rachel had a beautiful color palette, with a deep red-orange paired with slate gray, a soft ivory, and kraft brown as an accent color. We also added the green fern stamps to complement her venue and the overall feel of the save the dates and invitations she wanted to have.
The Save the Dates were created using white foil imprinted onto a smooth stock, and I loved the subtle shine that the foil gave when held in your hands.
After the Save the Dates were designed, we started on their wedding invitations! We first designed their monogram, incorporating their first initials and a soft greenery wreath around them. From there, the remaining details were made complete, including an RSVP card, and my favorite part, a beautiful hand-painted addition from Simply Jessica Marie - Jessica drew a watercolor map of Texas and added the details most important to them on it. Isn't it amazing? I love that their personalities were infused here, and it was a beautiful addition. On the back of the map, they included weekend activities for their guests, since the majority of them were coming from out of town.
The invitation and RSVP cards were printed on double thick letterpress paper, resulting in an amazing texture that felt incredible to the touch. We also included creative envelope addressing to add an additional design element that I loved! Overall, this is suite was one of my favorites yet ... I hope you love it too!
Congratulations to you, Rachel and Kent! I hope you have an absolutely bliss-filled lifetime of happiness together!
