Hi loves! Today I am thrilled to share details from this beautiful bohemian beach inspired wedding with you. You may recognize Sami and Drew from the previous post on their Love Notes Wall detail that they incorporated into their wedding, but today I am sharing a bit more about their wedding, including their color palette as it is still such a beautiful combination together for so many beach weddings, especially here in Pensacola at Margaritaville and Landshark Landing! For Sami and Drew, I was both their wedding planner and designed all of the paper details, and we worked amazing as a team together. Our meetings were always filled with laughter and I think that so much of it has to do with the love that they have for each other, that they knew that at the end of the day, the most important part was that they got to marry each other and vow to spend the rest of their lives together. Because truly, that is all that matters.
Sami and Drew had a very clear vision as to what they wanted to have - bohemian and cozy in style, but with eclectic elements and soothing but bold colors. I loved all of the details that we were able to incorporate, from lace runners on the back of the chairs for the bride and groom to the oh so swoonworthy cake by the talented Betty Weber. I also love that Drew wanted his gents in khakis and vests but no suits since they had their wedding in June on the beach - it was a tad warm that day and I know that they were all grateful for not being in full suits! Sami had her bridesmaids choose their dresses in a palette ranging from a soft blush to a darker dusty rose and all together, everything came together beautifully.
For the Save the Date and Wedding Invitation suites, Sami knew that she wanted to incorporate wood elements, feathers, and loose florals into her design, with purples, pinks, blues, and ivory tones. From the Save the Date to the invitations, we kept those details as the most prevalent in their paper goods. I think that the small feather placed in the middle of their Save the Date card, between their name and the date, is one of my favorite tiny touches that you only see when looking closely. A fun little detail about that too? Drew found a feather on the beach that looked exactly like the one we had used in their design. That was a sweet little thing to discover that day on the beach!

Sami's bouquet, along with her bridesmaids, was absolutely stunning! The colors were spot on, and definitely encompassed the bright florals that she was going for, particularly with the gorgeous lilies. The flower crown that Sami wore was beautiful as well. Fiore of Pensacola did such an incredible job on all of the flowers for their wedding day!
Congratulations again you two!
I hope you loved all of the details from their wedding day, and if you're a bride looking for a style like Sami and Drew's for your own wedding, that you found inspiration for your wedding from their day as well!
