Today, my husband and I are celebrating four years of marriage. Looking back, I still remember our wedding day like it was yesterday ... but I love him so so much more. I am truly blessed to have a husband like I do. He is kind, caring, supportive of all of my new endeavors, and an amazing dad to both our daughter and his son, whom I lovingly think of as my own. Below are just a few of my favorite memories, details I loved, and moments of our wedding day. We got married at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola surrounded by 150 of our closest friends and family members (I married into a very large family!). Our ceremony was outside (it was HOT! Who gets married outside in July?!), and then had the reception in the ballroom. It was one of the best days of my life, and I will always treasure the memories we made that day.
Much thanks to our AMAZING photographer, Irwin Funes of Funes Photography, to capture so many images that mean the world to us! (seriously. thank you.)
To my Dear husband. I never thought I would say this, but thank you for throwing all of those sugar packets at me eleven years ago and telling me to be sweeter to you. That day, you changed my life forever. I love you for being confident in who you are. For making me a better person. For picking me up when I am down, for encouraging me to live my dreams, for being my copilot in this amazing thing called parenthood, and always loving me for me. You are the peanut to my butter, the jam to my jelly roll. I love you babe. Here's to the next forty years, may every one get even better than the last. xoxo.
