I am so excited to be sharing details about one of the suites in The 2018 Curated Collection with you today!
Last week, we happily launched the 2018 Curated Collection and each one was designed to have it's own custom qualities brought in from the very beginning. So many times, brides that I chat with love the design aspect of an invitation suite that they see, but they need to make modifications to it in order to make it work for their wedding in particular. I had this in mind throughout designing every one, in order to make things as easy as possible when it comes to your wedding invitations.
One of the designs included in the Curated Collection is this suite shown, which we lovingly named The Olivia Suite.
The Olivia Suite is able to be adapted in many ways to coordinate with your wedding color palette, including changing the color of the suite itself to a color that pairs beautifully with your wedding, incorporating different liners or envelope colors or even tying a silk ribbon around your collection to add a different texture into the suite.
Although it is shown here with a navy hue, this would also look beautiful with a rich berry, a soft pink with dark gold lettering, or even a beautiful minty hue.
It also includes a variety of different cards that can be designed specifically for your wedding needs, including:
◇ Your Wedding Invitation
◇ The Response Card
◇ A Website Card, if you want to provide that alone
◇ A Details Card for Guest Accommodations or your Reception, if held at a different location than your Ceremony
◇ An envelope liner that can be customized with a pattern or a color of your choice
◇ Envelopes: Including Outer, Inner, and Response Card Envelopes
However, what we are most excited about with this collection, in addition to every suite that is included in the Curated Collection is the variety of Save the Dates that are included.
So many times, I work with couples who won't be able to have Engagement pictures or there simply isn't enough time that they need to send them out. Normally, you want to mail your Save the Dates out 4 to 6 months prior to your wedding, so that is something to keep in mind when it comes to your photos as well.
For your Save the Dates in particular, you need to think about a variety of factors before ordering them, including:
- Will you have an engagement session prior to mailing your Save the Dates so that you can include a photograph of the two of you? Or, do you want to send out a Save the Date without a photo?
- Are you wanting to send out a card in an envelope, or mail a postcard?
- Do you want to have a website set up prior to mailing your Save the Dates to your guests, which may hold accommodations information or the story of how the two of you met?
There is a lot more to consider when you're thinking of what to include for your Save the Dates, but luckily for you, we've done a lot of the hard work for you already and if you want us to help you to determine these things for your wedding, we'll be there every step of the way.
Each collection includes four different Save the Date designs that have already been created, so you can simply share the information for your wedding with us and we'll be able to work together to choose the Save the Date design that will be perfect for your wedding day. And, considering that each of them have a Wedding Invitation design already set and ready to go as well, it'll be one more thing that you can consider completed for your wedding day!
We would be honored for you to choose a design from our 2018 Curated Collection for your upcoming wedding. If you would like to see more of the Curated Collection, you can preview every suite available in the collection here at this link!
