grace and serendipity - seersucker wedding inspiration

For a fun and fabulous insiprational wedding blog post today, I knew that I just had to post about this simple Southern beauty of fabric - seersucker.  It is actually National Seersucker Day today too!  (isn't it fantastic that it has it's own holiday??)

I love this fabric and think that it is such a fun texture element to add into your wedding.  And, if you are looking for a way to add a little bit more prep into your wedding day, this may be just your answer!

I saw the showstopping wedding dress on Southern Weddings and there is a very good possibility that my jaw may have completely dropped. Isn't it just gorgeous?? It is truly unique. I also love the details in the menu, the suit, the bow on the pew chair, and the look of seersucker in the reception setting.  I pretty much love everything in here, as you can see.

There are so many different ways that you can incorporate this fabric - bouquets, bouts, centerpieces, chair ties, hair ribbons for the flower girls, menus, napkins, ring bearer pillows, and so many more! Below are a few of my favorites ...
