I love designing bespoke wedding collections, and want to be as helpful as possible when it comes to planning the paper side of the details for your wedding day. A lot of times, brides contact me when it is only a few weeks prior to their wedding day, and we don’t have enough time to design the collection they had in mind. I am hoping this post today is helpful in helping you to realize that sooner rather than later is a good thing when it comes to paper!
Every now and then, I work with a couple where the bride knows exactly what she wants from the beginning. For Ashley and Brent, Ashley had a particular hue of purple, or fuchsia, that she wanted incorporated into her wedding paper design from the beginning. Pairing that particular color with bright florals and letterpress details for the paper with incredibly soft and romantic touches incorporated into the wedding day design, when everything was complete, it is by far one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever seen.
The season for wedding planning is upon us! Usually in January and February, there are a few Bridal Shows in our area. I really look forward to this every year, as I get the opportunity to meet with new brides and say hello to fellow vendors that I haven't seen in a while. This weekend, I'll be at the Pensacola Beautiful Beginnings Bridal Show put on by the Bridal Loft, and this will be my seventh time being there! It is crazy to think that this journey began so many years ago. I have prepped everything and set up my display here at home beforehand to make sure it all fits right, and if you'll be in attendance, I can not wait for you to see the wedding invitation collections I'll have for you to see in person! If you're not local? Something tells me I may be on Instagram posting a few stories before the day begins during setup....so you may want to follow me there for behind the scenes details!
