When I'm designing invitations, one element that I love to be included are envelope liners. I just finished completed a couple of invitation suites where the envelope liners made a huge impact (for a sneak peek of the two of them, check out my Instagram!) Your wedding invitations are the first clue your guests receive as to what your wedding is going to be like. And if your guests open the envelope and are immediately met with a gorgeously romantic floral pattern, thick black and white modern stripes, or gold glittery sparkle, it immediately will make a huge difference.
I am so excited to be sharing the 2014 Holiday Prints Collection with you all today! Not only are this years designs available in different colors for your choosing, they will also be available this year as both digital downloads and prints! So, if you need something last minute, you will be able to have beautifully decorated prints adorning the cozy spaces in your home.
This past week, a few girly little girl prints were added to my Etsy shop. They are available in three different designs, but all of them were definitely created with little princesses in mind. My own daughter loves everything girly, loves flowers, and shiny things, so she was definitely the inspiration behind these. Plus, she is quickly learning her letters of the alphabet and she gets so excited when she sees any letters that she recognizes, so it only felt right to create alphabet prints to go along with them too. And don't worry, there will be prints available for little boys rooms soon as well ... those are just coming a little later. I have to keep some suspense, right? :)
I am so excited to share this with you today! Back in the early spring, I was contacted by Cosmopolitan Bride Magazine that is based in Australia. They were doing a piece on either choosing to have social media included in your day, or if you would choose to have an unplugged wedding instead. In my Etsy shop, I have quite a few wedding signs, but with as many as there are available, I felt incredibly excited when I had the opportunity to be published overseas.
Hey lovelies! Lately, I love how many different cake toppers I have been seeing on wedding cakes, bridal shower cakes, and engagement party cakes. There are SO many cute options out there for you to choose from these days, and they're easy to find if you're looking for something out of the box thanks to sites like Etsy.
There are a lot of people who are incredibly creative, and having a place like that on the internet, knowing that the majority of their items are handmade with love, can bring an incredibly fabulous and personal touch to your wedding day or pre-wedding party or shower. I love the variety that is available, and when I perused the site and saw some of these beautiful and unique toppers, I knew I had to share them with you. If you click the link below each of the photos, it'll take you right to the site to purchase them ... so if you're looking for something a little different, happy shopping!

Happy Cake Planning!
This past weekend, the wedding I was a part of decided to do a wine box ceremony instead of doing a unity sand ceremony or unity candle ceremony. This isn't a new idea, but it is one that I have not seen or heard of very often in our area. I have to admit, I think out of all of the "unity" options I have seen or heard of, this ceremony addition is my favorite.
