Return Policy

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact me within 24 hours after placing the order, and you will receive a refund. All items are made-to-order within 24 hours after the order has taken place, so therefore they are non-refundable and non-returnable after that time.

If you find that you are unhappy with your item, please send me an email by contacting me here. 

We pack things extremely carefully when shipping. If you find that there is damage to your item during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item to let me know, otherwise I may not be able to correct the issue for you.

Sometimes, colors look different on a computer/phone/tablet screen than they are in person. I try my best to have everything displayed in the exact colors, but I can not be held responsible for a color coming out slightly different than it looks on screen, particularly if you order something with a lighter color.

Payment

We accept payments through Stripe and Paypal. If you live in the state of Florida, you will be charged sales tax.

Shipping

All orders are shipped either First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the size of your order and how soon you need it. Please specify if you need priority or express shipping in a convo to me before you place your order if it will be for something small.

For international shipping, delivery dates are not guaranteed Items are packed very carefully to make sure they arrive safely, but if your item is damaged and you would like new items to be resent, you will need to pay for the shipping costs to have it remailed.

For Christmas delivery, please make sure to place your order no later than December 5th!

Please allow up to 7 days after invoice is paid for shipment. If you need it sooner, make sure to tell me before invoice is paid as the shipping cost will change. Orders are completed in the order payment is received and completion time is based on our number of current orders. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

DIGITAL ITEMS + DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of digital printable items is considered final and I am unable to offer refunds for any purchase. Due to monitor calibration, color may vary from monitor to reality. 

No physical product will actually be mailed. You will receive the link to your item immediately after purchase. 

You MAY NOT resell any part of this item, or claim ownership of it as your own design. 
You MAY NOT alter this design in any way.
